Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and participation in the Vistancio Growth Community - VGC ("Community"). The Community, along with all related programs and websites including
page.vistancio.com/community, vistancio.com, and any associated platforms, is owned and operated by Vistancio Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing or accessing the Community or joining the founding member waitlist, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your purchase.
1. Pre-Launch Notice and Access
1.1 The Community officially launches on August 15, 2026.
1.2 Members who join as founding members prior to public launch understand that:
a. Payment is collected immediately upon signup,
b. Early access materials, resources, or bonuses may be provided prior to August 15, 2026,
c. Full Community access begins on or before August 15, 2026 as announced.
1.3 By joining as a founding member, you acknowledge that the Community may not yet be fully active and agree to the August 15, 2026 launch date.
2. Membership and Lifetime Access
2.1 Upon successful payment, founding members will receive access to any available early-access materials, email updates, and preboarding instructions ahead of public launch.
2.2 Full access to all features, events, modules, and content made available within the Community environment begins upon official launch.
2.3 Where these Terms, sales pages, or marketing materials refer to "lifetime access," this shall mean access for the lifetime of the membership, program, or Community, as applicable, and not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Access remains available only while the Community continues to exist and is offered by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or retire any offering, platform, or content at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide perpetual access beyond the operational life of the Community.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Membership fees include:
a. A one-time founding member payment for members joining prior to public launch, granting lifetime access as described in Section 2, or
b. A monthly subscription for members who join once the Community officially opens to the public.
3.2 All payments are non-refundable, including founding member payments and recurring subscription fees.
3.3 You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
3.4 You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.
3.5 Founding member enrollment is limited to a very limited number of spots. The Company reserves the right to close founding member enrollment at any time once this cap is reached.
4. No Refund Policy
4.1 Due to the digital nature of the Community and early-access correspondences, no refunds will be issued for any payment, including founding member payments made prior to public launch.
4.2 This no-refund policy applies regardless of your participation, attendance, or usage.
5. Member Conduct
5.1 You agree to participate in the Community respectfully and lawfully.
5.2 Harassment, discrimination, solicitation, spamming, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
5.3 You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal, business, or strategic information shared by other members within the Community.
5.4 The Community is intended to support members in developing the digital skill set required to create, market, sell, and scale their products and services. Self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation of other members outside of designated spaces is not permitted.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials provided within the Community or during early access, including guides, templates, video sessions, frameworks, trainings, and digital resources, are the exclusive property of the Company.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
6.3 You may not copy, share, distribute, publish, teach, or resell any materials without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Results
7.1 The Community provides digital marketing education, training, and coaching.
7.2 We make no guarantees regarding income, business growth, client acquisition, or specific results.
7.3 Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee identical outcomes. Your results depend on factors including your effort, market conditions, and business circumstances beyond our control.
8. Cancellations and Termination
8.1 Monthly membership may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8.2 Founding member one-time payments cannot be cancelled or refunded.
8.3 Failed payments may lead to suspension or termination of access.
8.4 We may terminate membership at our discretion if these Terms are violated. However, in most cases, we will first communicate the concern and provide an opportunity to correct the violation before any termination occurs.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy vistancio.com/vgc-privacy-policy
9.1 We collect only the information required to process payments, deliver content, and facilitate communication.
9.2 We do not sell your personal information.
9.3 By joining the Community or waitlist, you consent to receive related emails, updates, and announcements.
10. Third-Party Platforms
10.1 The Community may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Skool, Circle, Mighty Networks, Zoom, YouTube, Hubspot or other platforms.
10.2 We are not responsible for service interruptions or technical issues on these platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Alberta and Canada, the Company, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever arising from or related to your participation in the Community, the pre-launch period, or the use or inability to use any program materials, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
11.2 You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk, and your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction, dispute, or claim relating to the Community or pre-launch period is to discontinue participation and cease use of all materials.
11.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vistancio and its owners from any claims arising from your use of our goods, services, products, and platforms or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
12.2 All disputes shall be resolved in Alberta, Canada.
13. Amendments
13.1 We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
13.2 Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

15. Additional Digital Products
15.1 The Company may offer additional online courses, masterclasses, trainings, templates, and digital products ("Products") outside of the core Community membership.
15.2 All Product sales are final and non-refundable, as digital access is granted immediately.
15.3 You receive a limited, personal-use license only.
15.4 You may not share, resell, publish, or use Product materials commercially.
15.5 We make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes.
15.6 Products may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice.
